John Procter started work as a 12 year old Barrow Boy to his father's business in Hull. In those days fish was still on allocation (rations), but despite this, a decent living could be made. John moved from Hull to Morecambe when he was 26 years old, and established his own fish retail business, building on his reputation as a friendly, honest businessman.
Today the business is run by the experienced team of David and Sue, who strive to maintain the reputation for quality and service at competitive prices.
Based in Morecambe, a wide range of Fresh and Frozen fish, together with associated products, is delivered daily from as far as Bentham to Barrow, and Lancaster to the Lake District in our fleet of refrigerated vans.
